Terms for requesting PooGO service, confirming your schedule and providing safe access to your property.
By using GetPooGo.com or requesting service from PooGO Pet Waste Removal, you agree to the terms below.
Service requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a service agreement. Service begins once scheduling is confirmed between you and PooGO. Your selected services, pricing and billing schedule are confirmed at booking. Review our service agreement for plan-specific payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms.
Property access
You agree to provide safe access to the service area, including unlocked gates, and to inform us about pets that may be outside during service.
Waste disposal
Standard pet waste removal includes double-bagging collected waste and placing it in your designated outdoor trash receptacle. Complete off-site haul away is available as an optional add-on for $5 per visit when selected with your service.
Promotional offers
Promotional offers are available only to new customers in our South Jersey service area and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
The free first cleaning offered with code FREE1ST requires an active weekly recurring plan. The promotion applies to the first visit only; every visit after that is billed at the regular weekly rate. If the weekly recurring plan is cancelled before the free visit is completed, or if service is switched to a one-time, every-two-weeks, monthly or any other non-weekly plan, the free visit does not apply and the regular rate is charged. Only one free first cleaning is allowed per customer, per household or per property.
