Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

General Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, service address, and information about your yard, pets and the service you’re interested in.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your request, provide quotes, schedule service and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies & Browser Storage
We use a small amount of browser storage to make the site work and improve your experience:
- Strictly necessary: keeps you signed in to the client portal and remembers your cookie choice. These cannot be turned off.
- Functional (optional): remembers your chat conversation with the PooGO assistant between visits. This only runs if you tap “Accept” on the cookie banner.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share cookie data. You can change your choice anytime by clearing your browser storage and reloading the site.
